Close All About Rick Rick is a transport modeller and analyst, with eighteen years’ experience across private and public sectors undertaking strategic modelling, economic evaluation, and analysis of transport infrastructure projects. He has worked extensively with the Victorian Integrated Transport Model (VITM) since his involvement in its recalibration to a 2006 base year. Since then Rick fulfilled roles leading the development and maintenance of the VITM Economic Module, and also providing technical advice, modelling peer review and training. He is also experienced in the design and development of ‘spreadsheets as interfaces’, and blending the use of Excel, Access, VBA (macros) and other scripting for any analytical or processing task and is interested in sustainable transport, including measures to reduce car dependence and the development of elegant solutions to complex problems. Close All About Kirmin With over 20 years' experience in urban and transport planning, Knowles brings a holistic and seasoned approach to all his projects. Understanding what innovations are viable and how they can be brought to fruition is a core skill. Knowles empowers others to go beyond conventional thinking and ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved, having due regard to political realities and wide ranging stakeholder needs. Knowles Tivendale currently sits on three committees of the U.S. Transportation Research Board (TRB) including: Transportation and Land Development Committee (ADD30) Public Transportation Planning and Development Committee (AP025) - Secretary Ferry Transportation Committee (APO85). Knowles is also a sessional university lecturer in transport, land use and mobility at LaTrobe University and Monash University. Close All About Euan Euan holds a Doctor of Philosophy for his thesis on Assessment and reduction of the impacts of large freight vehicles on urban traffic corridor performance. Euan has co-ordinated and undertaken research and analysis of the key social, economic and environmental drivers of transport demand, to inform strategic policy and transport improvements in a wide variety of settings.In addition to his experience as a consultant, he is a transportation researcher undertaking his Doctoral studies at Monash University Institute of Transport Studies.
